Use Your EPCS Token to Send a Prescription

RXNT's authentication system for EPCS applies to both desktop and mobile prescribers.

  • For brower-based prescribing, providers utilize a push notification through the ID.me Authenticator app.

  • For mobile prescribing, providers utilize LiveID facial recognition within their RXNT mobile app. Click here for LiveID Helpful Tips!

Prescribers must request EPCS access from the Account Setup screen of the product dashboard. A Practice Administrator within the company must approve the EPCS access request. Once approved, prescribers will have EPCS access to use either a push notification through ID.me (replaced the soft token) when prescribing on a desktop, or a LiveID token (replaced the hard token) when prescribing on the RXNT mobile app.

All providers must complete identity proofing with ID.me in order to use the tokens.
