(New) EPCS Access

Available starting Monday, October 14th, 2024.

Your EPCS access can be managed from the Account Setup screen of the main dashboard. This allows you to use the push notification and/or biometric token to send controlled substances electronically. If you've already completed ID proofing, log into RXNT and click on the avatar in the upper right. Then select Account Setup.

ID.me authentication is required any time you request EPCS access. If you already have an ID.me account and have ID proofed with ID.me, this simply entails completing multi-factor authentication (MFA). If you have not completed ID proofing with ID.me, you will be prompted to submit any required information for verification. Once you've verified with ID.me, only MFA will be required to request a token.

A practice administrator will need to approve access to EPCS before you can begin sending controlled substances electronically.

RXNT maintains a policy requiring individual practitioners to have a second registered user. This policy is designed to help support compliant access controls and best practices for safeguarding controlled substances. Click here to learn how to set up practice administrators on your account.

Once your practice administrator has approved your EPCS access, you can set up the biometric token on the RXNT mobile app.
