To update your DEA number, sign in to ID.me. Once logged in, go to your profile and find the section for medical details (NPI, Description, and DEA number). Click "Reverify ID" to initiate the process. Follow all remaining prompts by ID.me. When complete, ID.me will share the verified information with RXNT. Return to your RXNT account and click the link in the blue banner on the product dashboard. Here, click Verify with ID.me to finalize the process.
There are multiple ways to check your DEA expiration date.

Check your physical printed DEA certificate, the expiration date should be listed on it.

Log into your DEA Registration portal, where your expiration date will be detailed on your profile.

The DEA will typically send a renewal notice to the address or email they have on file 60 days before your expiration date.

Your health system's or practice's Compliance or Credentialing team likely has your DEA expiration date on file. You can verify this information with them.

A blue banner will appear on the product dashboard in your RXNT account, prompting you to update your DEA information if it is expired, nearing expiration, or missing from your ID.me account.
You cannot directly update your DEA number within RXNT. To update your DEA number, you must first reverify your medical details through ID.me. Once this is complete, click the link in the blue banner on your RXNT account's product dashboard to confirm the update. This action ensures that RXNT receives the updated information from ID.me.
A blue banner will appear on your RXNT account product dashboard 30 days before this date. To ensure uninterrupted EPCS capabilities, please re-verify your DEA details before the 30-day mark prior to your DEA expiration date.
RXNT partners with ID.me, an online identity verification service, to confirm healthcare providers' credentials before granting access to our EPCS product. They also provide identity verification for various government agencies.
