Identifying the need to update DEA
If your DEA is expired, about to expire, or missing from your ID.me account, you will see a blue banner on the product dashboard in RXNT prompting you to update your DEA information.
Step one: Update DEA in ID.me
RXNT uses ID.me to verify DEA numbers. If you are unsure if ID.me has all required DEA information, or if it's out of date, visit id.me and click Sign in. Make the necessary changes/updates within your ID.me account.
Step two: Confirm DEA update in RXNT
Login to your RXNT account and select Click here to verify your DEA number within the blue banner.
Step three: Verify via Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
Click Verify with Id.me and proceed through the verification.
DEA information updated
Once the update is successful, the blue banner in RXNT will disappear, confirming that your DEA information is now updated.
