Starting Wednesday, May 10, 2023, the time zone group preference will be moved from the Scheduling product to the Product Dashboard.
Access group preferences
Practice administrators can update the group preferences for each of your locations. Access group preferences by selecting Utilities from the main dashboard.
Choose Group preferences.
Select location
Select the location where you need to manage preferences.
Preferred time zone
The time zone is used in various parts of the RXNT products, including patient reminders and appointments displayed in the PHR. Set the preferred time zone by selecting it from the dropdown list.
Click Update to save the setting.
