Group preferences allow Practice Administrators to update the timezone for each practice location.
Access group preferences
Select Utilities from the main product dashboard.
Select Group preferences.
Select location
Select the location where you need to manage preferences.
Preferred time zone
The time zone is used in various parts of the RXNT products, including patient reminders and appointments displayed in the PHR. Select the Preferred Time Zone from the dropdown menu.
Once complete, click Update to save the setting.
