Push notification token

Once your practice administrator has approved your EPCS access, the push notification on the ID.me Authenticator app is ready to be used to send controlled substances from the RXNT browser-based application.

Biometric token

Once your practice administrator has approved your EPCS access, the biometric token can be set up on the RXNT mobile app.

Log into the RXNT mobile app and open E-Prescribing.

Tap Link Biometric Token at the top of the screen.

Multi-factor authentication (MFA) must be completed with ID.me prior to setting up your biometric token. Tap Verify with ID.me.

After completing the push notification with the ID.me Authenticator app, tap Start LiveID Verification.

Make sure:

• You are in a well-lit area
• Remove glasses or hats
• Other faces are not visible in the background
• Avoid a light source behind you

Tap Start LiveID Scan. Hold the phone straight in front of your face and within the oval.

Once the LiveID scan is successful, a confirmation message will display and you'll be ready to send controlled substances from the mobile app.
