(New) Approve EPCS Access

Available starting Monday, October 14th, 2024.

Practice administrators must process EPCS access requests in order for their providers to have access to send controlled substances electronically. Once the providers submit their request to access EPCS, the request will be logged in the EPCS Token Queue for approval.

Only users with the practice administrator role have access to the EPCS Token Queue.

Providers cannot process their own EPCS access request. A separate practice administrator must process the request. Click here to learn more about setting up practice administrators.
