Link your RXNT account to Microsoft
Once your organization’s practice administrator has set up Microsoft Workspace as the Single Sign-On (SSO) identity provider, each user must link their RXNT account to their Microsoft account. This is a one-time setup that allows you to sign in with Microsoft going forward.
Once linked with a Microsoft account, providers can also use their Microsoft account for sending controlled substances, click here to learn more!
To link your RXNT account, navigate to the RXNT login page and click Sign in with Microsoft.
A Microsoft sign-in window will appear, select your account.
Enter your Microsoft password, then click Sign in.
Microsoft will display an authentication number on-screen. Remember this number and open your Microsoft Authenticator app on your mobile device to approve the sign in request.
On your mobile device, you'll get a notification from the Microsoft Authenticator App that says Approve sign-in?. Tap the notification, enter the number you saw in the previous step, and then tap Yes.
Look over the Microsoft screen that shows the permissions being requested, then click Accept.
After successfully signing in with Microsoft, you’ll see an RXNT screen confirming the connection and asking you to link your accounts. Click Link Your Account.
If asked, you can choose to stay signed in to make signing in less frequent.
Enter your RXNT Username and Password to complete your link to Microsoft Entra (Azure AD), then click Log In.
You’ll receive an email confirmation that you’ve linked your RXNT account to Microsoft.
Log in to RXNT with linked Microsoft account
After your RXNT and Microsoft accounts are linked, you can log in by simply clicking Sign in with Microsoft on the RXNT login page—no RXNT password required.
Select the Microsoft account.
You’ll be logged into RXNT.
