Link Your RXNT Account to Okta
Once your organization’s practice administrator has set up Okta Workspace as the Single Sign-On (SSO) identity provider, each user must link their RXNT account to their Okta account. This is a one-time setup that allows you to sign in with Okta going forward.

To link your RXNT account, navigate to the RXNT login page and click Sign in with Okta.
An Okta sign-in window will appear. Select your Okta account.
Select an Okta security method.
Enter your Okta password, then click Sign in.
Open your Okta Verify app and enter the code it provides.
After successfully signing in with Okta, you’ll see an RXNT screen confirming the connection and asking you to link your accounts. Enter your RXNT password and click Link Your Account.

You’ll receive an email confirmation that you’ve linked your RXNT account to Okta.
Log in to RXNT with linked Okta account
After your RXNT and Okta accounts are linked, you can log in by simply clicking Sign in with Okta after entering your username on the RXNT login page—no RXNT password required.
You’ll be logged into RXNT.
