Within the Product Dashboard
Click on Update password from the Utilities Menu on the Product Dashboard.
- New Password cannot be the same as your current password
- At least one Uppercase Alphabet
- At least one Lowercase Alphabet
- At least one Number
- At least one Special Character(@$!%*?&)
- Minimum 8 characters
Reset or Change Password From The Client Login
Reset a Forgotten Password
Select Forgot Password at the bottom of the login page.
Enter your RXNT username and the email address associated with your account, then click Save.
A link to reset your password will be emailed to you. Make sure to check your spam or junk folders if you don't see the email within five minutes. Click the link in the email to reset your RXNT password and access your account.
Choose a new password for your account and click Save.
Reset or Update a Staff User Password
If you are a Practice Administrator, you have the ability to change a staff members' password temporarily. Click the gear icon in the top right corner.
Select Staff User.
Click on the name of the staff user you wish to change the password for.
Here you are able to set a temporary password to allow the user to login. Click OK once you have assigned a password for the user.
Once the user has logged in, they will be prompted to set their permanent password.
Update your account password
Go to rxnt.com and click Client Login at the top of the page.
Log into your RXNT account and click the gear icon at the top of the page.
Click Update Password.
Enter your current account password, then enter a new password for your account. Click Save to update your password.
You will be logged out of your account and prompted to log back in using your new password.
