Update password
Beginning Wednesday, August 6th, 2025, some RXNT clients will notice that the “Update Password” option has been relocated to Account Setup. Other clients will have access to this change in the following days. Check out the information below to find out how to update your RXNT password with this new setup.
From the product dashboard, click the avatar icon, then Account Setup.
Account setup opens on the Personal Info tab. Here, review your information and if you need to make any changes, click Edit.
To change your password, enter your Current Password, followed by your new password, then confirm your new password below. If the match is accurate and the new password meets all detailed criteria, click Submit.
Feel free to update your email address, mobile phone number, and username right here as well. Just a reminder, the email address and mobile phone number you have on file are those used during login with Multi-Factor Authentication.
A confirmation message will be displayed notifying you the password was updated successfully.
Practice Administrators can no longer reset a staff user's password. User's will need to update their own passwords.
