Upload a logo
A practice administrator can add your company or practice logo to your RXNT account by logging in to RXNT and selecting Utilities in the upper-right corner.
Select Upload Logo.
Click Select Image, then browse to the appropriate file location. Select the desired image file and click Open to upload it. Supported file types include JPEG and PNG.
The uploaded logo will appear below for preview.
Adjust the image size as needed using the Width and Height fields. The maximum allowed dimensions are 150 (W) x 50 (H).
If the current logo does not display clearly, consider uploading an alternate version optimized for smaller dimensions. High-resolution images are automatically scaled down, which may reduce the clarity of detailed designs.
You can define a Custom Primary Color to personalize the EHR interface.
You can display your company logo on Encounter Smart Forms, Patient Receipts, and the EHR Header.
Logos are also included on consent forms by default.
To display the logo on specific documents, select the checkbox next to Encounter Smart Forms, Patient Receipts, and/or the EHR Header.
Click Upload to add the logo to your account. Once uploaded, the logo will be available to all users within the company.
Delete or replace a logo
Delete
To remove the company logo, click Delete. This will permanently remove the current logo from your account and it will no longer appear on documents or within the EHR interface for any users in the company.
Replace
To replace an existing logo, click Select Image.
Select the desired image file and click Open to upload it. Supported file types include JPEG and PNG.
Click Upload & Replace.
Reset
If needed, click Reset to revert the logo settings to the default state and remove any uploaded image.
