What is the audit log report?
Available exclusively to Practice Administrators —
The audit log report assists them in monitoring access to their RXNT database and patient PHI within the Electronic Health Record (EHR) and E-prescribing systems.
Events are logged separately and can be viewed by date, event type (action), event location (the URL the user was on), the result (success or failure), the user's name and IP address, and the target patient ID. Please note that the success or failure results can also refer to "OTP generated," which means an EPCS token PIN was created to send a controlled substance. The time displayed is the user's current local time.
