Is there a way to view my payment history online?

You can view your payment history either on the Patient Portal or through the MyRXNT Mobile App.

Can I set up automatic payments online for my bill?

Automatic payments cannot be set up online. However, your provider's office may offer payment plans. Reach out to your provider’s office directly. 

Can I update my payment method online for future bills?

Once a payment is made using a credit card, it’s automatically stored in your provider’s system. To remove a credit card, you’ll need to contact your provider and request that it be deleted.

How do I see my balance?

Outstanding balances can be viewed through the Patient Portal, Online Bill Pay, the MyRXNT Mobile App

How do I pay my bill online?

You can make a payment through your Patient Portal, Patient Bill Pay, or the MyRXNT Mobile App.

Who do I contact if I have questions about my bill?

If you have any questions regarding your bill, please reach out to your provider’s office directly.

How can I dispute a charge on my bill?

If you notice any discrepancies on your bill, you’ll need to contact your provider’s office directly to resolve them.

Are manually generated patient statements available in the Patient Portal?
