Generate aging reports as a period in time and access them anytime. RXNT's aging report provides great flexibility to generate and store it in the view that you prefer.
Create an aging report
Click on the Reports tab and click Aging Report.
Select the Encounter Date Type as Service Date or Batch Date.
Select the Report Period from the dropdown menu.
The default name for the report is set to the type of report along with the date and time it was generated. Feel free to modify the Report Name as required.
Change the Date To and Date From if needed.
Generate the report
Click on Run Report.
You will see the new report listed as Pending in the report queue.
When the report is generated, click on View Report to view the report.
Understand the report
Click View Report.
The Aging Report will be on the Insurance side by default. The Aging Report will display the insurance aging data.
Click the Patients/Guarantors button to display the Patient/Guarantors' aging data.
To Exclude Settled Encounters, click the checkbox.
To Group by responsible party, click the checkbox.
The Summary will display the data according to each Insurance payer or Payer/Guarantor based on the selection.
Click on the Columns tab to remove or add columns.
To filter your columns, use the filter icons under each column header.
Drag and drop any column to group the aging data by that column.
Once the report is in your preferred view, favorites and default favorites can be set. Click on the Favorites tab and add a favorite. Each favorite is specific to each tab/bucket.
Any favorite in a tab can be set as a default favorite for that tab. Select your Default using the dropdown at the bottom.
Click the CSV or PDF icon to generate a printed copy of the report.
Schedule the aging report
Easily schedule an Aging Report to run monthly on a date that you prefer. This avoids having to remember to run it every month to analyze the trends in the aging data as it happens automatically.
Click Schedule.
Select the Date Type as Service Date or Batch Date.
Select the First day of the month to run the aging report on the first day of every month or select the Last day of the month to run the aging report on the last day of every month.
OR
Select the day from the drop-down containing values between 2 and 28.
Click Schedule.
This Aging report will be generated on the selected day of every month and is added to the top of the table.
