Patient bill pay
Not all providers use online patient bill pay with RXNT. You should always check with your provider's office for the most up-to-date information on your balance and payments.
From the patient dashboard, tap Pay Bill.
At the top of the page, you'll see your account information and current balance. Below, all charges are selected by default. You can tap the Select all checkbox to deselect all charges, or tap the checkbox next to an individual item to select or deselect that charge. To make a partial payment, tap the payment amount and change it to the amount you'd like to pay.
Your total payment amount will be shown at the bottom of the page. Tap Pay Now to proceed.
If this is your first time using bill pay, you'll automatically be prompted to add a payment card.
You can use a credit card you’ve already saved to your account or add a new one for payment. Tap the Choose credit card dropdown to select the card you want to use if you have more than one saved.
The selected card will be shown as your payment source. If you’d like to use a different card, tap Add new card.
After you choose your payment method, tap Submit Payment. You’ll get a confirmation once your payment has been completed successfully.
