About
The Activity Log shows a detailed history of actions in your patient portal — like logins, file views, downloads, emails, survey activity, and security events — along with the exact dates and times they happened. The Activity Log is useful because it helps you keep track of how your health information is accessed and used. It offers transparency, supports your privacy and security, and lets you confirm that all activity on your account is accurate and authorized.

You can see when you last accessed your portal
-
It can assist with troubleshooting any account or data issues
-
It offers reassurance that your information is being accessed properly
