View, Download, or Send your Health Summary
Generate your health summary
Tap on More in the bottom navigation bar.
If you don't see the navigation bar, tap X in the upper left to close the page you're on.
Tap Documents.
Tap Health summary to go to the section.
Enter a start and end date to choose the date range of your summary.
Tap Search. This will compile all of the records from your provider during the date range you chose.
View Summary
Tap View Health Summary.
The top portion of the health summary will include your demographics, your provider's information, and their practice location details. The bottom portion of the summary includes your detailed medical record, separated into sections. Tap X in the upper left to close the health summary view.
Download Summary
Tap Download Health Summary.
Tap Copy Password to add the .zip file password to your device's clipboard. Your health summary will be downloaded to your device as a secure .zip file that requires this password.
Tap X in the upper left to dismiss the password.
Tap the download icon in the upper right.
Tap Copy Password to add the .zip file password to your device's clipboard. Your health summary will be downloaded to your device as a secure .zip file that requires this password.
Tap X in the upper left to dismiss the password.
Send by email
Regular email
Tap Email Health Summary.
Enter the recipient's email.
Add a subject for the email, and a brief message.
Tap Send.
Secure email
You must have a secure email account in order to send your health summary this way. You can only send a health summary by secure email to another secure email account.
Tap Direct Email Health Summary.
Enter your secure email address and the associated password. This is the email address that the message will come from.
Enter the recipient's secure email.
Add a subject for the email, and a brief message.
Tap Send.
