RXNT is committed to protecting your security and the security of our software. To combat fraudulent users, each account is verified before users can gain access to our products.
Organization verification
RXNT team members are validating the following information to verify your organization:
- Tax Identification Number
- Group NPI
- Practice address and phone number
Provider verification
Each provider using EHR or ERX must be verified by an RXNT team member.
Providers using only the Billing or Scheduling products do not require manual verification. Once your organization is verified, your providers will be able to access the product(s).
The following information is validated by RXNT team members:
- Individual NPI
- DEA Number (if applicable)
- Signature
- License number and state
In addition, the provider must complete the ERX onboarding quiz. This quiz is sent by email from your onboarding coach. The provider must also complete ID proofing before they will be verified.
Once all of the above items have been validated and the provider has completed the ERX onboarding quiz, the provider account will be verified.
Why isn't my account verified?
