Register
Beginning on Monday, August 5th, 2024 for some customers, the patient portal registration link and the PIN validation will be able to be sent via text message, in addition to email. The update will begin gradually and will be fully implemented for all customers by Thursday, August 8th, 2024.
Email Registration
Once your provider gives you access to the patient portal, you'll receive an email to verify your identity. Tap Register in the email to launch the identity validation process.
Registration validation
Validate your information by entering your Last Name, Date of Birth and Email.
Scroll down and tap Continue.

Validate your information by entering your Last Name and Date of Birth. Then, select your Communication Preference, choosing between Text or Email.
If you chose email as your communication preference, enter your Email below, then tap Continue.
Text
If you chose text as your communication preference, enter your Phone Number below, then tap Continue.
PIN verification
You will receive another email once your identity is confirmed. Copy the six-digit portal registration PIN. Check your junk or spam folder if you did not receive the PIN.
Paste your six-digit portal registration PIN into the patient portal.

Depending on your communication preference, you will receive either an email or text message with the 6-digit verification PIN code.
If you chose email, navigate to your inbox and open the email to obtain the PIN.
Enter the PIN below.
If you wish to switch your communication preference and receive the PIN by text message, tap RECEIVE PIN VIA TEXT.
Enter your phone number, then tap SEND PIN.
If you chose text, review your messages to obtain the PIN.
Enter the PIN below.
If you wish to switch your communication preference and receive the PIN by email, tap RECEIVE PIN VIA EMAIL.
Enter your email address, then tap SEND PIN.
Account details
Create a Username and Password, then Confirm Password. Select the checkboxes below if applicable, then tap Create Account.
Representatives
If you are creating an account as a representative, select the Representative radio button and enter your details below.
Once all details are complete, tap Create Account.
Accept terms & conditions
Once your account is created, you will be logged in and prompted to accept the terms and conditions. You can accept them here within the browser, or once you download and login to the MyRXNT app, as outlined next.

Log in
Patient
Make sure that Patient is selected on the toggle.
Enter your username and password. Tap Login to continue to your MyRXNT account.
Representative
Tap the toggle to switch to Representative login.
Enter your username and password. Tap Login to continue to your MyRXNT account.
