The MyRXNT app is getting a fresh, modern look to make it easier to use and more visually appealing. The updated design focuses on simple navigation, clear organization, and accessibility for everyone. The rollout began with a small group on Wednesday, December 3rd, 2025, and will be available to all users over the following days. This article may include images of the new updates, but all app features and functions remain the same.
Patient portal registration
Just follow these simple steps (explained below) to register for your patient portal account!
- Access registration link

Access registration link
After your provider grants you access to the patient portal, you'll get an email or text message containing the registration link. Just tap Register in the email or tap the link in the text message to get started.
This article shows the registration process for a user signing up through the registration link sent via text message.
Validate your identity
To verify your information, please enter your Last Name and Date of Birth. Then, review and agree to the Terms and Conditions, and complete the reCAPTCHA. When you're ready, tap Send Verification Code to continue.
If you got the link through a text message to complete registration on your mobile device, your phone number will be pre-filled. If you are registering on a desktop computer, please click here to learn more!
Complete PIN verification
Review your text messages to obtain the 6-digit verification PIN.
Enter the PIN below. Once done, you will be automatically directed to complete account details.
Complete account details
Enter your Email, desired Username, and a Password below. Be sure to confirm the password, ensuring it follows all required criteria. Once done, tap Create Account.
Your cell phone number will be pre-filled.
You’ll get a message confirming your account was created successfully. Please tap the button that matches your device to download the MyRXNT app and access your patient portal account.
Representatives
If you are creating an account as a representative, select the Representative tab at the top and enter your details below. Once all details are complete, tap Create Account.

Download and launch the app
Use the tabs below to find out how to download the MyRXNT app on your specific device.
Apple iOS
Open the Apple App Store on your phone or iPad.
Search for "MyRXNT".
Tap Get to download the app.
Android and Tablet
Android
Open the Android Play Store on your phone or tablet.
Search for "MyRXNT".
Tap Install to download the app.
Launch
Just tap the MyRXNT icon to open the app on your phone or tablet.
When you open the app on this device for the first time, you'll be greeted with a welcome page that gives a brief overview of what MyRXNT can do for you.
Tap Next to go through the preview, or tap Skip to head straight to the login page.
Login to the MyRXNT app
Patients and their representatives can choose to log in using either their Last Name and Date of Birth along with their preferred contact method for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), or by using their username and password.
Login option 1: Last name, DOB & contact method
This login option will allow users to access all accounts they're connected to (multiple patient accounts and/or representative accounts).
Please enter your Last Name and Date of Birth, then provide your Email address below and tap Login. If the details you enter match what's on file at the provider's office, you'll be able to move on to MFA, where a verification code will be sent to your email address.

Check your email to get the verification code and enter it here.

Login option 2: Username & password
To get started, ensure you've selected the second login option. Please let us know if you are the Patient or a Representative by selecting the appropriate toggle.
This option does not include MFA.
Enter your Username and Password below, and tap Login.
Forgot password or username?
Ensure you're toggled to the Username & Password login option, then tap Forgot Password.
Choose whether you are the Patient or the Representative then enter your Username and Email address, then tap Reset Password.
You'll get a confirmation message indicating that an email has been sent to your inbox. Open the email and tap the Reset Password link.
On the Reset Password page, your username will be pre-filled. Just enter your New Password and then Confirm it below. Once they match, go ahead and tap Update Password to move forward.
Ensure you're toggled to the Username & Password login option, then tap Forgot Username.
Please select if you are the Patient or the Representative, then provide your Last Name, Date of Birth, and Email address. Once you've filled in the details, just tap Submit.
You'll receive a confirmation message that an email has been sent to your inbox if there is an account associated with the information you provided. Open the email and retrieve the username(s) that were sent to you.
If you have several patient and/or representative accounts, you will receive an email with all the relevant usernames for your accounts.
One account
If you have just one portal account, you'll be directed right to your portal dashboard when you log in. If you have multiple accounts, see heading "Multiple accounts" below.
Multiple accounts
If you're a patient or representative registered with several offices through the RXNT patient portal, you can easily access all your accounts with a single login. Once you're logged in, you'll see a list of all the accounts you are connected to. Just remember, this option is available only if you log in using your last name, date of birth, and contact method. If you choose to log in with your username and password, you'll be taken directly to the specific account associated with those credentials.
Molly = Mother
Kelly = Daughter (Minor)
Molly has a patient account for herself and a representative account for her daughter's account.
- Scenario one: Molly chooses login option 1 (last name, date of birth, contact method) and fills in her personal details. After that, she is taken to a listing where she can see and access her own patient account as well as her daughter's account, for which she is a representative. Molly can choose which account she wishes to access by selecting a card from the listing.
- Scenario two: Molly selects login option 1 (last name, date of birth, contact method) and inputs her daughter Kelly's last name and date of birth, but uses her own contact details that are associated with her representative account. Molly is then taken directly into Kelly's account where she is a representative.
- Scenario three: Molly chooses login option 2 (username and password) and enters her username and password for her own patient account. Molly is then taken directly into her own personal patient portal account.
- Scenario four: Molly chooses login option 2 (username and password) and enters her username and password associated with her representative account for Kelly's patient portal. Molly is then taken to her representative account for Kelly.
Review your Patient Accounts and/or Representative Accounts. The most recent account you accessed will be displayed at the top of each list.
Just tap on the account you'd like to access. You can easily switch to other accounts from within the patient portal.
Switch account
If you're a patient or representative registered with several offices through the RXNT patient portal, you can easily access all your accounts with just one login. To get started from the portal dashboard, just tap on the avatar located in the upper right-hand corner.
From your profile, tap Change Account.
The account you're logged into right now will have a Current tag. Take a look at your other accounts listed and tap on a card to access that portal.
In the example below, the user is logged into their Patient Account and has the option to switch to their Representative Account for their daughter.
