Current medications
The purpose of the current medications tab is to keep track of medications that the patient is currently taking. This can include medications prescribed you, other providers, or over-the-counter medications.
Click Medications from the navigation bar on the patient dashboard. Ensure you are on the Current tab within the Medications window.
Any prescription prescribed by you will also be detailed within the current medications.
Add medication
Click + to add a medication.
Enter the medication details. Drug Name and Start Date are required fields.
Click Save.
The medication will now be listed under the patient's current medication list.
Delete medication
If the patient is no longer taking a medication, remove it from the current medications.
Select the checkmark preceding the drug name.
The medication's row will highlight in blue, indicating the selection.
Click Delete.
A confirmation will appear. Click Yes to confirm the deletion.
Review medications
Available starting Wednesday, September 23rd, 2026.
You can indicate that you reviewed the current medication list when no changes to it were needed, ensuring the medication review is captured for eCQM reporting. Click Mark As Reviewed.
The user's name and date and time stamp of the last review will display.
