Customized Patient Resource Material

Seamlessly deliver patient education materials, clinical trial enrollment information, and patient medication copay enrollments directly through the patient health record. This innovative feature is designed to provide physicians with an easy way to offer personalized resources to their patients without additional research or manually writing and sending a message.

When a patient's documented problem matches a specific ICD-10 code or they are prescribed a certain medication, the system may automatically generate a notification for the physician. There are three types of notifications the physician may receive: availability of relevant branded education materials, possible clinical trial enrollments, or copay assistance programs tailored to the patient's diagnoses and/or medications. They can then choose to view and/or send the information to the patient as they see fit. Once material is sent to a patient, it will be available for viewing in the Documents section of the patient portal.

The personalized patient education material will vary based on the dynamic availability of information among our healthcare partners.

Patient Education
Alerts appear within the Encounters section of the EHR and provide branded educational material tailored to the patient's condition(s). 
Clinical Trial Enrollment
Alerts appear within the Encounters section of the EHR and provide clinical trial enrollment information based on the patient's condition(s). 
Copay Assistance
Alerts appear within the Medications section of the EHR and provide copay assistance program triggered by the medication(s) being prescribed for the patient.

When an alert appears once within a patient's chart, the same alert will not appear again for that patient.

Patient education

The popup will appear to the right of your screen within Encounters if there is educational material available for a diagnosis documented for the patient.

Clinical trial enrollment

The popup will appear to the right of your screen within Encounters if there is a clinical trial available that pertains to a diagnosis documented for the patient.

Preview the information by clicking Click Here. To ensure the clinical trial information is appropriate for the patient, you can not send it to the patient before previewing.

Copay assistance

The popup will appear to the right of your screen within Medications if there is a copay enrollment available for the medication being prescribed at that time.

Preview the information by clicking Click Here. From the preview, you can send the information to the patient's portal.
