You can view and pay your bills directly from the patient dashboard or the billing summary.
Pay bill from the dashboard
From the patient dashboard, tap Pay Bill.
At the top of the page, you'll see your account information and current balance.
Below, all charges are selected by default (you may have more than one).
You can tap Select All to deselect all charges, or tap the checkbox next to an individual item to include or remove it from your payment. For example, you may choose not to pay a charge yet if you want to confirm what your insurance covers first.
To make a partial payment, tap the payment amount and change it to the amount you're able to pay.
Your total payment amount will be shown at the bottom of the page. Tap Pay Now to proceed.
You can use a credit card you’ve already saved to your account or add a new one for payment. Tap the Choose credit card dropdown to select the card you want to use if you have more than one saved.
If you're using bill pay for the first time, you'll be automatically prompted to add a payment card.
The selected card will be shown as your payment source.
If you’d like to use a different card, tap Add new card.
Complete all required details (marked with asterisks), then tap Submit Payment.
Once you've selected your payment method, tap Submit Payment. A confirmation message will appear when your payment is successfully completed.
Pay bill from the billing summary
On the dashboard, select More from the navigation menu.
Select Billing Summary.
Here, review your statements and payments. To pay a bill, tap Pay Bill.
