Click PFSH on the side of the Patient Dashboard.
Past history
Click Past Hx. Here, you can view past medical history that has been entered into RXNT. To add, click the + sign.
Search for and select the correct keyword.
Once you have added the correct details, click Save.
Family history
Click PFSH on the side of the Patient Dashboard and click Family Hx. Here, you can view family history that has been entered into RXNT. To add, click the + sign.
Search for and select the correct keyword.
Once you have added the correct details, click Save.
Health status/assessments
Click PFSH, then the Health Status/Assessments tab. Here, clinicians can document and review the following health information:
- Smoking Status
- Health Concerns
- Functional Status
- Cognitive Status
- Disability Status
- Pregnancy Status
- Gravida Para
Social history
Click PFSH on the side of the Patient Dashboard and click Social Hx. Here, you can view social history that has been entered into RXNT.
Once you have added the correct details, click Save.
