Scheduling providers can link a superbill to an appointment status or type. This will help bill customers appropriately. For example, you can bill customers for missed appointments.
Navigate to Company Preferences.
Turn the Link Superbill to Appt Type/Status company preference to Yes.
Log out and back into the system to apply the preference.
Link superbill to appointment type/status
Access Link Superbill to Appointment Type/Status by clicking on Utilities and then Practice Setup.
You can link a superbill to either an appointment status or an appointment type by selecting the correct tab.
Once linked, providers can view superbills that have already been linked to an appointment type or status in the grid highlighted below.
