The Superbill allows users to capture charges efficiently and can be linked to specific appointment statuses or types, enhancing billing accuracy and streamlining the process. This connection helps ensure that billing codes are relevant, improves revenue management, and provides clearer insights for both providers and patients.
Scheduler
Click Utilities.
Click Preferences, then Company Preferences,
Scroll down to the Link Superbill to Appt Type/Status section and choose Yes.
Click Save.
Link Superbill to Appointment Type/Status
Upon logging back into the system, click Utilities.
Click Practice Setup, then Link Superbill to Appt, Type/Status.
Link a superbill to either an Appointment Type or Appointment Status by selecting the correct tab.
Choose a Superbill from the Super Bill dropdown.
Select the Appointment Type from the dropdown.
Click Save.
Below, you will find superbills associated with specific appointment types or statuses.
Click Edit to modify the superbill or appointment types.
To delete it, click the Trashcan icon.
