About
RXnotify meets the need for a simple, automated way to notify patients when a prescription has been sent while also offering potential savings! Patients often experience uncertainty after a provider submits a prescription, they may not know when your prescription has been sent, where it’s going, or if there are available cost-saving options.
How does it work?
If your provider has RXnotify enabled, SMS notifications are sent to you when your provider submits a prescription. If a discount coupon is available for the medication, RXnotify will include a link to help you save on prescription costs.
RXnotify is not part of the MyRXNT app.
You can access RXnotify on your mobile device (recommended) or a computer. See what the tool looks like in the tabs below!
If SMS is selected as one of the your preferred contact methods, the unique RXnotify link gets sent to your mobile device when your provider has submitted a prescription to your pharmacy.
If SMS is one of your preferred contact methods, but the practice does not have your cell phone number, you will not receive RXnotify links. Additionally, if your preferred contact method(s) do not include SMS, you will not receive RXnotify links. Make changes to your preferred contact method(s) within your patient portal Profile, or by contacting your provider's office.
