CBO users can now leverage Corporate-Level Revenue and RCM Insights Advanced Reporting dashboards, designed to give billing organizations a clear, actionable view of financial and operational performance across all supported practices.
Instead of reviewing data one practice at a time, Advanced Reporting allows CBOs to analyze performance at an aggregate level or drill down into individual practices, saving time, uncovering trends faster, and enabling smarter, data-driven decisions. For example, reviewing Claim Lag Time across all practices at once helps identify workflow bottlenecks and performance gaps that may otherwise go unnoticed.
Why Advanced Reporting Matters for CBOs
Advanced Reporting empowers CBOs to:
- Identify revenue opportunities by analyzing trends across multiple practices
- Optimize billing workflows with real-time RCM performance metrics
- Reduce delays in reimbursement by monitoring claim and payment timelines
- Support strategic decisions with reliable, high-level and practice-specific data
- Scale efficiently by managing insights for multiple practices in one centralized view
