Today's Appointment Report

Click Today's Appointment Report.

You can also access Today's Appointment Report from the Reports dropdown menu.

Select your date range.

You can filter the report by Provider Name, Location, Patient Name, Appointment Type, Date and Time, Material Resources, Notes, Encounter #, and more.

Select the filter icon and choose your preference.

To customize your view, use the Columns, Filters, and Favorite buttons. Click here to learn more about customizing the grid.

Click the PDF or CSV icon to export the report.

Archived Reports

Click on Archived Reports to access the messages you deleted.

You can view appointment details with a certain Date Range or by using the Search by last name field.

Next, check the box within the Confirmed column, then click Export. Your file download will begin.

Encounter Report

Use this report to generate a list of all encounters that have been created within a given time period for all patients. This report can be generated for all prescribers or for a specific prescriber only and for either unsigned or signed encounters.

The report will include all providers by default, however, you can select a specific Provider from the dropdown menu.

The report will include all unsigned encounters in review and draft status, however, select the Signed checkbox to include signed encounters only.

Choose a specific Date Range, or use the Quick Pick dropdown menu to set the report parameters.

Click Search to generate the report.

Alert List Report

Use this report to see a list of all medication interaction alerts within a given time period. Click Alert List Report.

The report will include all providers by default, however, you can select a specific Provider from the dropdown menu.

Choose a specific Date Range, or use the Quick Pick dropdown menu to set the report parameters.

Click Search to generate the report.

Click Print Report to print or save a copy of the report.

Patient List Report

Use this report to generate a full patient list or partial list of patients that meet a specific set of criteria.

Partial patient list 

Use the parameters to generate a report of patients with a specific Name, Zip Code, Age, Problem(s), Medication(s), Allergies, Scheduled Appointment, Communication Preference and/or Lab result.

Running a partial patient list report will only return a list of patients who meet the specified criteria and have at least one medication, problem, allergy, or lab result in their chart.

If you are using Scheduling with RXNT, use the With an Appoointment field for patients who have a scheduled appointment.

Click Add Lab to generate the patient list based on lab results entered in the patient dashboard.

Choose the Lab Name, Relation and Value, then click Insert.

Click Clear to reset the parameters.

Click Submit to see the patient list generated based on the criteria you selected/entered above.

Click Export to CSV to download the report as a .csv file (excel file).

Leave all criteria empty and click Submit for a report of all patients in your database.

Mismatched Lab Results

Use this report to see lab results that do not have a matching patient in the database. A patient will be created in the database at the time the lab results are received through the interface.

Click Mismatched Lab Results.

Immunization Reporting

Use this report to compile information about patient immunizations that need to be reported to public health agencies or other external organizations. 

Click Immunization Reporting.

Choose a specific Date Range for Administered or Exported date, or, use the Quick Pick dropdown menus to set the report parameters. Both date ranges are optional. If left blank, the full immunization list will be reported. Specify the Patient NameProvider, Vaccination, or Status as desired, and click Search to generate the immunization list.

Select the desired results and click Export Reports to download the .hl7 file for the immunizations.

Syndromic Surveillance List

Use this report to generate a list of patients based on their diagnosis.

Click Syndromic Surveillance List.

Select one or more Diagnoses by searching for a code or keyword. Click Clear to reset the parameters. Click Generate to get the list of patients with the chosen diagnosis codes.

Click Export CSV to download the report as a .csv file (excel file).

Click Export All to download the report as a .hl7 file.
