Click Reports and All
Click EHR Reports.
The next screen will display (9) different EHR reports.
I. Generate Rx Error List:
This report obtains a list of prescriptions that were not transmitted due to errors.
Choose a specific date range, or use the Quick Pick dropdown to select a pre-set range. Click Search to see the list of prescription errors.
Click Print to print or save a copy of the report.
Click Done to return to the report list.
II. Generate Alert List
Use this report to see a list of all medication interaction alerts within a given time period.
Choose a provider from the dropdown. The default is All Providers. Next, choose a specific date range or use the Quick Pick dropdown to select a pre-set range. Lastly, click Search to see the interactions list.
Click Print to print or save a copy of the report.
Click Done to return to the report list.
III. Generate Patient List
This report can be used to generate a full patient list or (a partial list) of all patients that meet a specified set of criteria.
Partial patient list
Use the parameters to generate a report of patients with a specific name, zip code, age, diagnosis, current medication, allergy, or communication preference.
Running a partial patient list report will only return a list of patients who meet the specified filters AND who have at least one medication, problem, allergy, or lab result in their chart.
If you are using Scheduling with RXNT, you can also generate this report for patients who have a scheduled appointment.
Click Add to generate the patient list based on lab results entered in the patient dashboard.
Choose the lab type and value, then click Insert.
Click Clear to reset the parameters.
Click Generate to see the patient list.
Drag and drop column headings to rearrange them or group patients by a parameter.
Click Export to download the report as a .csv file (excel file).
Click Return to go back to the report list.
Full patient list
Click Request Full Patient List Report.
Click Request Full Patient List Export for a report of all patients in your database.
A message will display letting you know that the report is in progress and will be ready in a few minutes.
Once the report is completed, it will display View password and download.
Begin selecting View Password, which is a password-protected .zip file. Copy the password in order to download. A new password is generated for each patient list.

Next, click Download and paste the password to save the patient list file to your computer.
Patient lists are encrypted with 256-bit encryption. You will need to use an unzip tool that can support this type of encryption, or you may receive an error when you enter the password for the file. Click here to download a tool that supports this encryption.
IV. Quality Measure reports list
Three quality measure reports are available, based on the reporting year. These reports are for the eCQM requirement of the Medicaid Promoting Interoperability incentive program, or for the quality category of the Medicare Merit-Based Incentive Payment System (MIPS).

V. Scheduled substance prescription report
Use this report to see a list of all controlled substances prescribed within a given time period. This report can be generated for all prescribers or for a specific prescriber only. Choose a provider from the dropdown. The default is for the report to generate a list of all providers. Next, choose a specific date range, or use the quick pick dropdown to set the report parameters.Click Search to see the prescription list.
Click Export to CSV to download the report as a .csv file (excel file).
Click Return to go back to the report list.
VI. Encounter report
Use this report to generate a list of all encounters that have been created within a given time period for all patients. This report can be generated for all prescribers or for a specific prescriber only and for either unsigned or signed encounters.
Click Encounter Report. Choose a provider from the dropdown. The default is for the report to generate a list of all providers. Select the checkbox for Signed to see the list of signed encounters. The default is for the report to generate a list of draft and review encounters (all unsigned encounters). Next, choose a specific date range, or use the quick pick dropdown to set the report parameters. Click Search to see the encounter list.
Click Export to CSV to download the report as a .csv file (excel file).
Click Return to go back to the report list.
VII. Mismatched lab results
Use this report to see lab results that do not have a matching patient in the database. A patient will be created in the database at the time the lab results are received through the interface.
This report will only populate information if you are set up with a lab results interface. Contact us by calling 800-943-7968, option 3, or emailing sales@rxnt.com to find out more.
VIII. Immunization Reporting
Use this report to compile information about patient immunizations that need to be reported to public health agencies or other external organizations.
Click Immunization Reporting. Choose a specific date range for administered or exported date, or use the quick pick dropdowns to set the report parameters.
Both date ranges are optional. If left blank, the full immunization list will be reported.
Specify patient name, provider name, vaccination, or status as desired.
Click Search to get the immunization list.
Click Export Reports to download the .hl7 file for the immunizations.
IX. Generate Syndromic Surveillance List
Use this report to generate a list of patients based on their diagnosis.
Click Generate Syndromic Surveillance List. Select one or more diagnoses by searching for a code or keyword. Click Clear to reset the parameters. Click Generate to get the list of patients with the chosen diagnosis codes.
Drag and drop column headings to rearrange them or group patients by a parameter.
Click Export CSV to download the report as a .csv file (excel file).
Click Export All to download the report as a .hl7 file.
Click Return to go back to the report list.
