Update Your Profile

Profile

Keeping your profile up to date in your patient portal ensures your doctor’s office has accurate and complete information, helping to prevent delays, avoid miscommunication, and support your healthcare team in providing safe, personalized care. Here are a few examples of when you might need to update your profile information:

  • Change of address or phone number – Ensures important notifications reach you promptly, such as appointment reminders, new test results, new messages from your provider, etc.
  • Update emergency contact information – So your healthcare team can reach the right person if needed.
  • Update additional demographics – Changes in preferred language, gender, or other personal details that help your care team provide safe, personalized care.

Tap on the avatar in the upper right.

Tap Edit Profile.

You can also view your profile by selecting More in the navigation menu.

Your profile is broken into categories:

  • Basic information
  • Address
  • Contact information
  • Additional demographics

Tap on any field to make changes to the information. Tap Save Changes to complete the changes. Your provider will automatically be notified of the updates that you made.
