Add a new referring provider
Click Utilities.
Click Providers and then select Referring Provider.
Click +New Provider.
Input the required information.
To create a Secondary identifier, click the plus sign (+).
Choose the Payer from the dropdown menu and enter the provider's NPI number. If applicable, enter the Taxonomy Code, State License Number, Provider Commercial Number, and UPIN.
Click Save.
Edit a referring provider
Click on the provider name to edit.
Update the information and click Save.
Delete a referring provider
Click on the provider name to edit.
Click Delete.
