Prescriber dashboard
The Prescriber Dashboard offers a central place for clinicians to easily handle their daily prescribing tasks and patient interactions. It brings together key prescribing features into a clear, user-friendly view, helping providers stay organized, compliant, and efficient as they work. From this dashboard, users can access:
- Home: Quickly find existing patients or add new ones. Users can also switch between practice locations and choose or update their supervising provider, if applicable.
- Recent Prescriptions: Review a list of up to 75 prescriptions that were recently sent, making it simple to confirm transmissions or check on prescription details. You can also filter the list by prescribing provider if needed.
- Pending Prescriptions: Review all prescriptions that have been created but not yet transmitted. These may include items the prescriber saved to send later, or prescriptions queued by staff that require approval or denial.
- Pharmacy Requests: Monitor incoming requests from pharmacies for patient refills, clarifications, or changes, ensuring timely responses and continuity of care.
- Voided Prescriptions: View all prescriptions that have been voided. This allows you to keep a clear record for tracking changes, ensuring accuracy, and staying compliant.
Home
The app will open to the Home tab of the Prescriber dashboard. From here, you can search for patients, use the Shortcuts to perform an advanced patient search, add a new patient, or set your location (if applicable). If you are a staff user or mid-level provider, you will also have the Shortcut available to set or change your Supervising Physician.
Recent
From the prescriber dashboard menu, tap Recent.
Here, find the 75 most recent prescriptions sent from your practice and their status.
You can filter the list by Provider, simply tap the filter icon.
To review a prescription's summary, tap on the card itself.
You can review the details of this prescription here and print it if needed. Just tap Print.
Pending
Here, review prescriptions that have been set up but not yet sent to the pharmacy. These also may be prescriptions that a provider saved for later or a user set up on behalf of the provider and needs approval. Click here to learn more!
Pharmacy requests
This tab includes refills and change requests from the pharmacy. Click here to learn more!
Voided
The Voided tab shows prescriptions that a user has voided from the Pending and Pharmacy Requests tabs. The Notes section explains the reason for the voided or canceled medication. You can filter the list by Provider by tapping the filter icon.
