Current medications

The current medications list is used to keep track of all the medications a patient is taking. This includes medications prescribed by you, other providers, or any over-the-counter medicines.

Navigate to the patient's dashboard in the RXNT mobile app. The Current Meds page will open by default when you access the patient dashboard. 

Add medication

Tap Add to Current to add a medication.

Start typing the medication name in the search field, and you'll see the medication options appear below. Tap the intended medication to continue.

Please fill in the required fields as well as any other relevant information. The required fields are Dosage, Quantity, Unit, and Start Date.

Once complete, tap Add Drug.

You will get a confirmation message letting you know the medication was added successfully, and the new current medication will appear in the list below.

Delete medication

If the patient is no longer taking a medication, remove it from the current medications.

Tap Delete on the intended medication card.

A confirmation will appear. Tap Yes to confirm the deletion.

The medication will no longer be listed in the patient's Current Meds list.
