Practices with multiple locations have the ability to switch between their locations within the EHR when necessary.
Login
Beginning Wednesday, February 21st, 2024, all users with multiple logins for separate locations will be prompted to select a primary login. Once the user makes a selection and clicks Save, this window will not appear again and the chosen credentials will be their designated login. All other previously existing login credentials will be deactivated.
Switch locations
Supervising physicians and all other users can easily swap between practice locations in the RXNT E-Prescribing Mobile app when necessary.
Tap E-Prescribing.
Upon logging in, the system defaults the user to the location they were last working within.
Supervising physician
From the dashboard, tap the menu icon to access the profile.
The location currently selected is displayed below your name. Tap Change to reveal a list of all available practice locations.
Tap the intended location, then Done to make the switch.
The locations listed are the locations that have been added for this provider. For more information on managing a provider's locations, click here!
You can also switch your location from the dashboard.
Other users
From the dashboard, tap the menu icon to access the profile.
The location currently selected is displayed below your name. Tap Change to reveal a list of all available practice locations.
Tap the intended location, then Done to make the switch.
The locations listed are the locations associated with the supervising physician you have selected. Based on your practice, selecting a different supervising physician may alter your location options.
You can also switch your location from the dashboard.
View or Change your Supervising Physician
Staff members and non-supervising providers are required to have a designated supervising physician when working in Electronic Health Records (EHR).
From the dashboard, tap the menu icon to access your profile.
The supervising physician currently selected is displayed below your name and location. Tap Change to reveal a list of all available supervising physicians.
Tap the name of the intended provider, then Done to make the switch

The providers listed are the providers associated with the location you have selected. Based on your practice, selecting a different location may alter your options.
If the selected provider does not have an authorizing provider, you will see the below message. Select another provider to continue.
You can also switch your supervising provider from the dashboard.
