Saving favorite pharmacies

When prescribing with our RXNT App, you can favorite as many pharmacies as you want to make selecting them easier in the future. This can be done during the pharmacy selection step while prescribing. You have the option to save a pharmacy as either the patient's favorite or the provider's favorite.

Patient's favorite

When prescribing, find the intended pharmacy and tap its corresponding star icon to save it as the patient's favorite. You can do this for as many pharmacies as you'd like. 

Once you select it, a message will appear to confirm your selection, and the star will turn blue and filled in to indicate it’s a favorite.

The favorited pharmacy will always appear in the Patient Favorites list unless deselected. If the patient has multiple favorite pharmacies, tap View All to see the full list.

Provider's favorite 

When prescribing, find the intended pharmacy and tap its corresponding heart icon to save it your favorite. You can do this for as many pharmacies as you'd like. 

Once you select it, a message will appear to confirm your selection, and the heart will turn blue and filled in to indicate it’s a favorite.

The favorited pharmacy will always appear in your Prescriber Favorites list unless deselected. If you have multiple favorites, they will display in alphabetical order. Tap View All to see your full list of favorite pharmacies.
