Access the encounter
Use the ERX/EHR toggle button to switch between e-prescribing and EHR records.
Once switched to the EHR, tap on an encounter to review the encounter PDF.
Only signed smart form encounters are available in the RXNT mobile app.
Review the encounter here. Use the back arrow to return to the encounter list.
Use the dropdown to access the Health Records Menu, where you can switch between Notes and Encounters (default).
Notes are internal, meant for communication between providers and staff, not used for patient encounters.
The Health Records Menu will appear below.
