RXNT's global patient search feature makes it easier than ever to quickly answer patient questions and gives you instant access to patient information. Quickly search for patients through all corporate client companies (associated with the corporate account) without manually figuring out the doctor company associated with the patient.

Learn how to quickly get the patient information that you need.

Corporate client company

Navigate to any corporate client company in Billing or Scheduler.

Click on the Filter icon.

Enter one or more search criteria.

Click on the Search all client companies checkbox to search for a patient through all client companies associated with the corporate account.

Click on Search.

A pop-up appears with some patient details and the client company associated with the patient.

Click on the patient row to access the patient dashboard.

You will be directed to the patient dashboard in the associated client company.

Corporate billing and scheduling dashboard

Navigate to the corporate billing or scheduling dashboard.

Enter either the Last Name, First Name, or both.

Click the Search icon to search for patients through all client companies associated with the corporate account.

Click on the Filter icon to add more search criteria and then click on Search.

Note:

  • You will notice that the Search all clients checkbox is always checked by default, as you can only search for patients through all client companies from the corporate billing dashboard.
  • At least one search criteria is needed at all times for the system to search for patients through all client companies associated with the corporate account.

If you require more information about the patient, click on any patient row to be directed to the patient dashboard in the associated client company.
