Connect Center, the Relay Exchange customer portal, will allow you to view claims information, rejections, requeue ERAs, view payer enrollments, and more! Navigate the sections below for details on the most commonly used features.
If you’d like to create a Connect Center account, please follow this link and provide the required information. An RXNT team member will contact you within 1-3 business days to confirm that your Connect Center account has been created.
Viewing Claims
If you’d like to view a specific claim, select Claim Search from the Claims dropdown in the main menu. Connect Center provides a variety of options to search for the claim.
From the Claims Search screen, you can also search for a set of claims in a variety of ways. For example, if you’d like to view Payer Rejected claims that were submitted in the last 7 days, select the Rejected Payer Status and 7 under the Date option.
Select a Claim ID to view more details. The claim information can be viewed in a variety of ways: Summary, 1500 Form, Claim Details, and Service Line Details. Rejection messages will always be shown in red at the top of the screen. For a quick overview of the claim, select the Summary view.
Understanding Rejections
Connect Center provides an Edit Search tool that allows you to enter in a rejection code, and learn more about the rejection so you can correct and resubmit the claim.
To search a rejection:
- Select Payer Tools from the main menu.
- Select Edit Search.
- Enter the code at the front of the rejection into the Edit Name field - For example, if the rejection you'd like to search is PNM109A5:INVALID SUBSCRIBER MEMBER ID, you should enter PNM109A5 in the Edit Name field.
- Check the description fields to learn more about the edit.
- Note: You can also search by Edit Type (ANSI, Payer, or Both), Claim Type, CPID and more.
Requeue ERAs
If you’d like to requeue a remit:
- Select Remits from the main menu.
- Search for the remit using the available search options.
- From the search results, select the Check/EFT number you’d like to requeue.

In the top right corner, select Requeue.
- If prompted to also requeue the report along with the remit, please select No.
Viewing Payer Enrollments
To view current Payer Enrollments:
- Select Enrollments from the Payer Tools dropdown in the main menu.
- Select Search Submitted Enrollments from the menu at the top of the screen.
- Search by one or multiple available search criteria, such as NPI, CPID, or Payer Name, then select Search.
- Note: Only enrollments submitted prior to February 21, 2024, and after June 17, 2024, will be visible.
