Creating a Hub login

Don’t currently have a Customer Care Hub login? No problem! Learn how to create a login below. 

  1. Access the Customer Care Hub landing page here.
  2. Select Request Account.

  1. Complete all required fields, then select Submit. 
    • Customer Type - Select Provider
    • Products used or supported - Please enter Claims, Eligibility, and ERA
    • Provider ID, Additional Account ID Value and Name or Description of ADditional Account ID - Leave blank

  1. You will receive an email, followed by an update with 24-48 hours regarding your account.

Logging in

To login to the Customer Care Hub:

  1. Access the Customer Care Hub landing page here.
  2. Select Sign in

Creating a Case

To open a case with Change Healthcare:

  1. Login to your Customer Care Hub account. 
  2. Under Quick Links select 

  1. For cases related to Claim Statuses:
    • Select Claims EDI - Exchange under the Select a Product field.
    • Select Claims under the product Request Type field.
    • Select Claim Status (Claim Not Found, etc.) under the Product Request Subtype field.
    • Complete all required fields, then select Submit.
  2. For cases related to Clearinghouse and Payer Rejections:
    • Select Claims EDI - Exchange under the Select a Product field.
    • Select Claims under the product Request Type field.
    • Select Clearinghouse Rejection or Payer Rejection under the Product Request Subtype field.
    • Complete all required fields, then select Submit.
  3. For cases related to ERAs:
    • Select Remittance EDI - Exchange under the Select a Product field.
    • Select Remittance (ERAs) under the product Request Type field.
    • Select the appropriate identifier under the Product Request Subtype field based on the issue. 
    • Complete all required fields, then select Submit.

Review important Change Healthcare updates

Change Healthcare posts important Payer updates within the Hub, such as connectivity issues or delays, as they are made available. To access and review these important updates:

  1. Login to your Customer Care Hub account. 
  2. Under Quick Links select Payer Processing Issues

  1. When Change Healthcare discovers issues or interruptions to transaction processing, the details will appear here. 
  2. If you are looking for a specific payer or specific transaction type, please use ctrl+f to find that term on the page.
