To manage your two-factor authentication (MFA) methods, tap the menu icon in the upper right corner of your Dashboard, then select MFA Options.
You'll see any methods you've enabled listed here. Feel free to add as many authenticator apps for MFA as you'd like, and you can disable any method whenever you want.
Users will receive an email confirmation anytime an MFA method is added or disabled.
Add new method
Tap Add MFA Method.
Select Authenticator App from the Select a method dropdown menu.
On your device, please open the authenticator app you prefer. To add this MFA method, you can either scan the QR code or manually input the secret key provided into your authenticator app. Your authenticator app will then provide you with a verification code.
To confirm the MFA method, enter your verification code below (provided to you on your authenticator app), then tap Enable MFA.
After that, you'll be taken back to the MFA screen. There, you'll see a confirmation message letting you know that the new authentication method has been successfully enabled, and it will be listed below.
Disable method
Tap the garbage can icon corresponding to the method you wish to remove.
A verification code will be sent to the method you are disabling. Retrieve that code and enter it below, then tap Disable.
To disable an MFA method you no longer have access to, paste one of your recovery codes here instead of the code sent to the unavailable MFA method.
After that, you'll be taken back to the MFA screen. There, you'll see a confirmation message letting you know that the authentication method has been successfully disabled, and it will no longer be listed.
