Update your account password
Once logged in, tap the menu icon on the main dashboard.
Tap Account Setup.
To access mobile Account Setup, please re-verify your identity. You will be prompted to complete Login and MFA again. Once done, you will be redirected to Account Setup which displays your personal info.
Here, tap Edit.
To change your password, enter your Current Password, followed by your new password, then confirm your new password below. If the match is accurate and the new password meets all detailed criteria, tap Submit.
Password requirements:
- Minimum 8 characters
- New Password cannot be the same as your current password
- At least one Uppercase Alphabet
- At least one Lowercase Alphabet
- At least one Number
- At least one Special Character(@$!%*?&)
A confirmation alert will appear indicating your password was updated successfully. Tap the back feature in the top left corner to return to the RXNT app.
Reset a forgotten password
Open the RXNT app and enter your RXNT username, then tap Continue.
You'll be redirected to an external browser. If your device prompts you for permission, please go ahead and allow it.
Tap Forgot Password.
Enter the email address associated with your RXNT account, then tap Submit.
You will receive a notification that a link to reset your password has been emailed to you.
Tap the link in the email to reset your RXNT password and access your account. Make sure to check your spam or junk folders if you don't see the email within five minutes.
Tap Continue to confirm you wish to reset your password.
To continue, please verify your account using multi-factor authentication (MFA). Just tap Continue to move ahead.
Enter the verification code sent to your MFA method, then tap Verify.
Enter your New Password, then confirm it below. If the match is accurate and the new password meets all detailed criteria, tap Submit.
