Update your account password

Open the RXNT app and log in.

Open the menu on the dashboard and select Update password.

Enter your current account password, then enter a new password for your account. Click Submit to update your password.

You will be logged out of your account and prompted to log back in using your new password.

Reset a forgotten password

Open the RXNT app and select Forgot Password at the bottom of the page.

Enter your RXNT username and the email address associated with your account, then click Submit.

A link to reset your password will be emailed to you. Make sure to check your spam or junk folders if you don't see the email within five minutes. Click the link in the email to reset your RXNT password and access your account.

Choose a new password for your account and click Save.
