Reports
Click Reports.
Click Appointment Report.
Select the date range.
Click the + next to Appointment Status.
Select the appointment status type(s) you want to run the report for. Click the right arrow to move them under the selected list side. Click Select when done.
Click Run Report.
The available data columns comprise Type, Appointment ID/Availability ID, Start Date Time, End Date Time, Duration, Appointment Template, Availability Template, and Patient ID.
To download the report, click the PDF or CSV icon.
You can designate the search view as a favorite by clicking Save Favorite Search.
Name your favorite and then click Save.
