View appointments

Once you launch Scheduling, appointments for all providers are displayed for the current day by default, unless filters have been applied. If your practice has multiple locations, appointments for the first location are shown initially. You can use the location filter to view appointments for other locations.

If your default location is configured in the desktop application, the same location will be selected automatically, so you won't need to change your location each time.

Existing appointments are displayed in chronological order, making it easy to review and manage the day's schedule based on appointment time.

Patients scheduled for a group appointment are identified by the Group icon displayed next to their appointment. This icon makes it easy to distinguish group appointments from individual appointments when reviewing the schedule.

To view appointments for a different date, select the desired date from the dates at the top of the screen. The appointment schedule will automatically update to display appointments and availability for the selected date.
