The RXNT Charge Capture app allows users to “record” patient services rendered into a billable encounter. Submitting all claims must be completed on the desktop version of RXNT Billing to attach the billable charge amounts.
Log in
Start by logging into the RXNT app.
Tap Charge Capture on the Dashboard.
Menu
To access the home screen or return to the dashboard, select the menu icon in the top right-hand corner.
The home screen provides access to charges, charts, and reports.

Logout will log you out of the mobile application
Choose patient
Starting Wednesday, October 4th, 2023, searching for a patient will be enhanced with a single search field to accommodate either name or MRN. Date of birth will be added as an additional search criterion.
To search for the patient, type in either the first name, last name, or MRN, then tap Search on the keyboard.
Alternatively, tap the filter icon to search by multiple parameters, including DOB.
Tap the patient's name to enter their charges.
Add procedure/CPT codes
Procedure macros
Before you proceed, make sure that your procedure CPT codes, diagnosis codes, procedure macros, and superbills are set up on the RXNT Billing desktop. These will be available for use in the Charge Capture app.
Tap the + icon to add your procedure/CPT Code.
Next, tap the circle next to your desired procedure/CPT code.
Add diagnosis codes
To add a diagnosis code, select the carrot symbol next to the procedure code.
Favorite diagnoses will display. Select the desired diagnosis by tapping the circle to the right. You can also select modifiers by tapping Modifiers and selecting from the list. To quickly find recently used diagnoses, tap Recents.
Notes
You can add notes to your encounter using the icon at the top of the screen (available on all screens).
Note that these are for billing purposes and not added to the EHR. Charges will be available on the web version of RXNT Billing Solutions.
Save
Once you've recorded all necessary information, save the encounter by tapping Save at the bottom. You will receive a success message.
