Providers can include Place of Service information within statements description section.

Configure Place of Service
Enable in Billing Utility
The option to add Place of Service will be configured via Utility → Preferences → Statements Settings.
To enable Place of Service, select the Settings button, click in the Show Place of Service on each Line item checkbox in the Statement Preference Settings window that pops up and save the updated settings.
Click on Utility.
Go to Preferences and click on Statement Settings.
Click on the Settings button on the Statement Settings screen.
Click on the Show Place of Service on each Line item checkbox to display the Place of Service and click on the Save button to the updated the settings.
