We're optimizing the arrangement on the prescription dashboard to maximize the information you can see on your screen.
This tab lists the prescriptions that have recently been sent for your practice location. Up to 75 of the most recently sent prescriptions will be shown.
Select one or more prescriptions, then click Print Selected to print a paper copy of any prescriptions, or to print a patient copy of failed electronic transmissions.
Click the Rx icon to view the full preview of any prescription in the list.
This tab lists prescriptions that have been set up, but not yet sent to the pharmacy. These may be prescriptions that a provider saved for later, or that a staff member set up on behalf of the provider.
Select prescriptions, then click Approve to transmit the prescription to the pharmacy.
Only providers can approve prescriptions. Controlled substance prescriptions can only be approved from the preview page, where the two-factor authentication is entered.
Select one or more prescriptions, then click Print Selected to print a paper copy of any prescriptions, or to print a patient copy of the prescription.
Select prescriptions, then click Void to discard the prescription and remove it from the pending list.
Select a patient, then click Print List to print the list of pending prescriptions for that patient.
Click the Rx icon to view the full preview of any prescription in the list. From the preview page, you can edit the prescription and approve controlled substance prescriptions.
This tab includes refill requests and change requests from the pharmacy. Click here to learn more about the prescriptions included on this tab.
This list includes prescriptions that have been voided from the Pending tab and the Pharmacy Requests tab. The Notes column includes the reason that the prescription was cancelled.
