View appointments

Upcoming

From Dashboard From Anywhere

The MyRXNT dashboard will display up to five upcoming appointments.

Tap View All or tap Appointments in the bottom navigation bar to see more upcoming appointments.

Upcoming appointments will be shown with the date, time, and location they are scheduled for; the status of the appointment; the appointment type; and the provider that they are scheduled with.

Past

Tap on Appointments in the bottom navigation bar.

 If you don't see the navigation bar, tap X in the upper left to close the page you're on.

Tap Past to go to the previous appointments list.

Previous appointments will be shown with the date, time, and location they were scheduled for; the appointment type; and the provider that they were scheduled with.

Sort appointments

Tap Sort by on the Upcoming or Past tab.

Tap the option you'd like to sort by, or tap Cancel to return to the list.

Date
Sorts appointments by the scheduled date. Most recent appointments are at the top of the list.
Provider
Sorts appointments by the last name of the provider they were scheduled with.
Status
Sorts appointments by their status. This option is only available for the Upcoming appointments tab.
Type
Sorts appointments by the type of visit.

Manage upcoming appointments

Confirm

 This option will only show for appointments that require confirmation. If you don't see this option, your provider doesn't need confirmation for the appointment.

If you have pending appointments, you'll see a notification on the dashboard.

Tap on the notification to go straight to the upcoming appointments page.

Tap the three dots in the upper right of the appointment.

Tap Confirm to confirm the appointment, or tap Cancel to close the actions menu.

Cancel

 Not all providers allow cancellation from the MyRXNT app. If you don't see this option, contact your provider's office directly to cancel an appointment.

Tap the three dots in the upper right of an appointment.

Tap Cancel appointment to cancel the appointment, or tap Cancel to close the actions menu.

Tap Yes to confirm that you want to cancel the appointment, or tap No to keep the appointment and return.

Reschedule

 Not all providers allow rescheduling from the MyRXNT app. If you don't see this option, contact your provider's office directly to reschedule an appointment.

Tap the three dots in the upper right of an appointment.

Tap Reschedule appointment to change the appointment date, or tap Cancel to close the actions menu.

Tap Yes to confirm that you want to reschedule the appointment, or tap No to keep the appointment and return.

You'll automatically be taken through the schedule appointment process to choose a new appointment slot.
