When a patient submits health record documents through the patient portal, they will show up on the provider dashboard. Here is where they can be reviewed and either accepted and added to the patient's chart or ignored.
Accepting Patient Health Record Documents
Click PHR Documents on the left side of the provider dashboard.
This screen will show all of the patient health record documents that have been submitted. It will show what patient it is for and allow you to preview the document. To preview it, click on the file name.
To accept the document and add it to the patient's chart, click accept.
Ignoring Patient Health Record Documents
Click PHR Documents on the left side of the provider dashboard.
This screen will show all of the patient health record documents that have been submitted. It will show what patient it is for and allow you to preview the document. To preview it, click on the file name.
To ignore the document, click ignore.
