Completed intake forms will now be available in the Scheduler patient documents. You can easily access the completed intake forms anytime you want.
Follow the steps below to access completed intake forms from Scheduler!
Search for a patient
Click on a patient
Click on the Attach icon
You can now see the completed intake forms listed in the patient documents.
If you update the description of any intake form in Scheduler, the description for the same intake form will be updated in EHR.
