You can now generate aging reports as a period in time and access it anytime. This new aging report also provides great flexibility to generate and store it in the view that you prefer.
Steps to generate the new aging report:
Click on the Reports tab.
Click on Reports.
Select the Report Type as Aging Report.
Select the Date Type as Service Date or Batch Date.
Change the Date To and Date From if needed.
Click on Run Report.
When the report is generated, click on View Report to view the report.
The Toggle of the Aging report will be on the Insurance side by default. The Aging report will display the Insurance aging data.
Move the toggle to the Patients/Guarantors side. The Aging report will display the Patients/Guarantors aging data.
Click on the Group by responsible party checkbox.
The Summary will display the data according to each Insurance payer or Payer/Guarantor based on the toggle.
Click on the Columns tab to remove or add columns.
Click on the Filters tab to filter any column or use the filter icon under the column header to filter each column.
Drag and drop any column to group the aging data by that column.
Once the report is in the view that you prefer, favorites and default favorites can be set.
Click on the Favorites tab and add a favorite. Each favorite is specific to each tab/bucket.
Any favorite in a tab can be set as a default favorite for that tab.
Click on the Default checkbox to make any favorite a default favorite for that tab.
Click on Download CSV in the Summary section to download the data to CSV.
Click on Download CSV in the Details section to download the data to CSV.
Note: Aging report can be generated for any date range and can be viewed at anytime by clicking on the View Report button.
